Fixed monthly fees

Pricing is based on average monthly transaction volume. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices. Fees are reviewed only if transaction levels change significantly.

Works remotely

Cloud accounting means the books can be kept accurately from anywhere. Most clients are in Hull and East Yorkshire, but it isn't a requirement — we work via Xero, Zoom, phone, or WhatsApp.

Who do you work with?

Sole traders and limited companies, mainly in Hull and East Yorkshire — though location doesn't matter since everything runs through cloud software. If you're a small business that needs its records kept properly, it's worth a conversation.

My records are a mess. Can you still help?

Yes. Clean-up work is a normal part of the service. Whether the books haven't been touched for six months or the coding is just inconsistent, we can work through it before setting up a regular schedule going forward.

How does pricing work?

Fees are based on your average monthly transaction volume — so the more straightforward the business, the lower the monthly cost. You'll get a fixed monthly figure with no surprise add-ons, reviewed only if your transaction levels change significantly.

Do I need to switch accounting software?

We work primarily with Xero, but if you're already on QuickBooks or FreeAgent and don't want to move, we can work with that. If you don't have anything set up yet, we'll recommend what suits your business and get it configured properly.

What about payroll?

Bookkeeping is the focus here. For payroll, corporation tax returns, and limited company accounts, we'll point you to someone who specialises in exactly that — and the handover is straightforward because the books are already in order.
